WHEN?
June 8th, Maestro Francesco Loi (curriculum at the end of the following press release) will hold a free Masterclass whose participation as auditors is open to all within the limits of the capacity of our Auditorium and after a request to [email protected] with Name, Surname, and mobile number .
VIDEO CONTEST
Only 6 participants will be selected as actual during the Masterclass. The selection of the 6 participants will take place as follows:
- Candidates will have to insert a video on their instagram profile while they are playing a song chosen from those in the list at the end of the following release and of a maximum duration of 60 seconds. They must then tag the profiles: @ dampi.it and @vrancoloi , insert the Hashtag # dampi.it . The videos will be considered valid if uploaded no later than May 20th.
- Master Loi will select 6 videos which, besides being published on our social channels, will see the actual participation of the relevant authors at the Masterclass on June 8th: 3 in the morning session and 3 in the afternoon session. The 6 selected will also receive a free review of their instrument by our Japanese technicians.
FURTHER DETAILS
- Morning Masterclass : from 10.00 to 12.15
- Afternoon Masterclass : from 2.30pm to 5.00pm
- Concert : from 18.00 to 18.50
NOT ONLY MASTERCLASS
During the day it will be possible to test all our flutes from the student series to the professional ones, from silver flutes to gold flutes and take advantage of our special promotions created specifically for the event.
REPAIR DAY
During the course of the entire event, it will be possible to bring your own Flute for a small inspection or small quick repairs Free! However, you must book by sending an email to [email protected] and [email protected]
REFUND OF AIR TICKET
Buy a Professional Flute and we will refund your ticket. THE MAESTRO FRANCESCO LOI
Francesco Loi is the first flute of the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, and was also the first Flute of the National Symphonic Orchestra of Santa Cecilia in Rome and of the orchestra of the Teatro Alla Scala in Milan.
After graduating with full marks from the Conservatory of Cagliari in the class of Salvatore Saddi, he completed his studies first at Imola with Massimo Mercelli and then at the Superior Conservatory of Geneva with Maxence Larrieu, obtaining a first prize with distinction at the end of his studies.
In the same years he was selected and joined the Italian Youth Orchestra, perfecting the Orchestral discipline with conductors such as Riccardo Muti, Giuseppe Sinopoli and Carlo Maria Giulini.
His solo activity led him to play with important orchestras such as “I Solisti AquilaniI” Deutchekammervirtuosen “, the Orchestra of the” Carlo Felice “Theater of Genoa and the” Orpheus chamber Orchestra “of New York.
He has been a guest at major international festivals such as the Emilia Romagna Festival, the Ravenna Festival, the Amici Della Musica in Florence, the Erl festival in Austria, the Gonjiam Flute Festival in Seoul, the Galway Flute Festival in Weggis.
Guest artist of the Falaut festival, an international event that sees among its guests the most important world exponents of the Flute including Emmanuel Pahud, Maxence Larrieu and Sir James Galway
Lecturer at the annual Flute Master at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan, he also taught at the Senzoku University of Tokyo, at the Masters of the Flute Festival in the Gonjiam Valley in Seoul, and on Invitation by Davide Formisano in the Musikhochschule fur Musik in Stuttgart.
